On a large hill in El Portillo, 10 minutes by car from the village of Las Terrenas. This land has dirty road access from the bottom and the main access on a paved road from Cocoloba hill. Located at the western end of a community of 13 lots on the summit of the highest hill it features a panoramic view of the ocean.
In the community, there are 2 luxurious villas already built, Villa Cocoloba and La Villa, and there's a third one under construction. All of the new villas to be built will enjoy a view of the ocean which will never be obstructed as Cocoloba is the first-line hill.
Each lots can be purchased independently or together with the other lots.
The owner is open to negotiation on the purchase of the whole hill.
