Support Partner

 

Mission: Is responsible to help buyers and sellers quickly get the right assistance and making sure our agency is always equipped and ready so team members can achieve their respective missions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Listing Management: Add and Manage team listings.
  • Contact Management: Assign leads and manage contacts.
  • Administration: Manage external staff and suppliers, care for shared documents, and do the accounting, payment, and taxes.
  • Agency care: Maintenance of the agency and its resources.

Skills required:

  • Customer service: Excellent customer service skills are essential for helping buyers and sellers quickly get the right assistance.
  • Communication: Good communication skills (In English, Spanish and French) are essential to effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, team members, and external staff and suppliers.
  • Administration: Knowledge of accounting, payment, and tax processes to effectively manage the agency's financial resources.
  • Resource management: Ability to manage and maintain the agency's resources to ensure team members can achieve their respective missions.
  • Listing & Contact management: Ability to add and manage team contacts & listings to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.

Project Manager



Mission: Is responsible for every aspect of projects such as creating, managing, and making real estate projects, for clients and AS, a reality, drafting business plans, as well as consulting with and overseeing external teams.

Also, help manage listings & sales collaborators, deal with third parties & partners, request quotes, follow up and verify work done, administrative control and some accounting. Job with responsibilities. Looking for an independent and resourceful person.

Responsibilities & tasks:

- Planning: Overseeing the master planning, design of model villas, and private villas.
- Maintenance: Managing the crew in charge of caring for the properties' infrastructures.
- Construction & Engineering: Overseeing the construction, installation, and renovation of common areas and buildings.
- Administrative: Caring for the necessary permits, utilities, invoices, budget, spending, etc.

Skills required:

- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, monitor and control projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, external partners, and clients.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals and coordinate their activities towards the common goal of delivering a successful project.
- Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and accounting principles to ensure that projects are financially viable and profitable.
- Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations to ensure that projects comply with legal and safety requirements.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve problems that arise during project development, such as scheduling conflicts, resource allocation, and design issues.

Mission: Is responsible to provide comprehensive legal and administrative services that ensure compliance and efficiency. As well as overseeing contract negotiation, due diligence, and administrative services such as business formation, tax, immigration, and visa services.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Legal Services: Contract Review and Negotiation, Due Diligence and Title Search, Closing Services
- Administrative Services: Business Formation & Maintenance Services, Tax Services, Immigration, and Visa Services

Skills required:

- Strong legal expertise: In real estate law, including federal laws, regulations, and procedures related to buying and selling properties.
- License
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and French: Both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
- Business acumen: About the real estate industry and the business aspects of real estate transactions, including financing, taxation, and risk management.
- Client-focused approach: Prioritizing the needs and interests of clients and working to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Attention to detail, Focus, and multitasking.

Real Estate Agents

 

We are searching for Real Estate Agents who will be responsible for finding and selling listings in the North of the DR, specifically in the north coast of the Dominican Republic. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions between buyers and sellers and managing listings.

Mission: Helping buyers make educated purchases through quick and personalized assistance during the entire purchase journey. Helping sellers find the optimal conditions to sell their property within their particular requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Educate clients on the buying and selling process and provide guidance throughout the transaction.
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate on their behalf.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Finding, adding and maintaining listings updated as well as doing property appraisal.
- Generate your own leads through networking, advertising, and other marketing initiatives


Skills required:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or familiarity with the real estate industry
- Cultural and factual knowledge about Las Terrenas, Samana, and the Dominican Republic
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Fit well with the team and the company culture. Have a driving licence.
