I purchased a house in Las Terrenas with Atlantique Sud in October 2020, and they were very helpful and made the house buying process very smooth. The team speaks fluent French, English and Spanish and are very willing to help out in extra ways that made everything that much easier. They were very accommodating, finding us a place to stay before the closing, and helped set up bills, etc after closing. The next time I need a real estate agency in Las Terrenas I will definitely be going back to Atlantique Sud.
