This modern beach house is on two levels.

The house has 3200 square feet, with amazing views from every room and a beautiful walking beach. The water is very clean and warm, perfect for swimming or snorkeling, even for young children.

This house is professionally decorated, the furniture is comfortable, and there are large open spaces, with three living room areas. The dining room table seats 10 and can be open to the ocean or closed in for a quiet evening dinner. The large family room on the first floor has an 85inch flat-screen TV, all linens, appliances, and fixtures are high quality. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, blender, etc.

The rooms are well furnished and air-conditioned, 2 of them with king beds, one with a full bed and the last one with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

The infinity pool has built benches, and you can change color lights at night to create a good atmosphere. And, you can take a nap in the hammock under the coconut palms with a direct view of the ocean.

Cabs and moto conchos are easily available. This house is located only 5 minutes from the town of Las Terrenas with many international restaurants and shops.
