The lower level has 2 self-contained studio apartments with king-size beds as well as convertible sofa beds.
Most of the king beds can be split into 2 single beds if required.

Arriving in daylight and having a car or motorbike is recommended. The closest shop is a 5-minute walk down the hill. The beach is a 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive. The main town center is a 5-minute drive away where you will find 2 large, well-stocked supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants.
The villa is equipped with security cameras and is in a gated community. There is a secured car parking area.
Please note that electricity is billed separately. Readings are taken on your arrival and departure. The rate is 15 pesos per kw/h and is to be paid in cash on departure. Any breakages must also be paid in cash on departure.
