Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Agency & Platform Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with international agencies in key markets like Canada and the U.S.
    • Ensure listings are updated and optimized across platforms to attract buyers.
  • Client Relations:
    • Manage inquiries from prospective buyers (excluding referrals from Atlantique Sud or other DR-based sources).
    • Guide clients through the purchasing process, from onboarding to property delivery.
    • Negotiate contracts, payment plans, and customization options.
  • Sales Coordination:
    • Oversee every client journey, ensuring seamless transactions and thorough documentation.
    • Provide progress updates on villa construction and maintain strong client relationships.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to showcase Sienna

  • Global Reach: Collaborate with international agencies and connect with buyers from top markets like Canada, the U.S., and beyond.

Your Mission

As Sales Manager, you will be the cornerstone of Sienna Terrenas’ sales and marketing efforts. From managing client relationships to coordinating discovery tours and implementing cutting-edge sales strategies, you’ll ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.


Your Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Build and maintain partnerships with international real estate agencies and platforms, particularly in key markets like Canada and the U.S.
  • Manage and optimize property listings to attract high-value buyers.
  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, guiding them through the entire sales process—from reservation to final delivery of their dream property.
  • Negotiate flexible payment plans and customization options to meet clients’ needs.
  • Oversee sales agreements, contracts, and all necessary documentation.

Client Engagement

  • Provide personalized assistance during property showings, discovery tours, and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the construction team to address questions and provide progress updates.

Marketing Expertise

  • Develop and execute email campaigns, digital advertising strategies, and educational webinars to generate leads.
  • Work with the marketing team to keep brochures, websites, and online listings current and engaging.
  • Track engagement metrics and refine strategies based on performance insights.

Discovery Tours & Events

  • Organize and lead discovery tours, ensuring clients experience Sienna’s unique lifestyle and amenities firsthand.
  • Represent Sienna at trade shows, industry events, and promotional gatherings to strengthen brand awareness and connect with potential clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in Spanish, English, and French for seamless client communication.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in real estate sales, client management, or related fields.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with real estate platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong Leadership: Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and attend local and international events.
