Los Nomadas from the sky
Back then, Atlantique Sud purchased the land where the community stands today. The agency saw the potential of its exceptional location right on “Coson” beach and developed the project. 20 years later, “Los Nomadas” has become one of the most famous and luxurious beachfront communities of villas in Las Terrenas and the Dominican Republic.
The 12-hectare beachfront estate features mostly the typical Caribbean-style villas, each crowned with a thatched palapa roof. Vegetal fences separate the properties, and beautiful tropical gardens surround them. Inside, you’ll find natural materials like coral stones and acacia wood. Several private accesses also lead straight to “Coson” beach.
The community has a capacity of 55 homes. Today, 50 villas are complete, leaving only a few lots remaining for sale.
“Los Nomadas” has 14 beachfront villas. If you want one of these, your starting budget should be above one million USD. The other villas list from US$500,000 and up.

The endless playa Cosón
“Playa Cosón” is a 7-mile / 11-km long beach, perfect for swimming, long walks, and simply enjoying life with your feet in the sand. It’s one of the most exclusive beaches of Las Terrenas, famous for its unforgettable sunsets and fine sand. “El Catey” International Airport sits a 20-minute drive away. You can also reach “Playa Bonita” with a 10-minute walk east.
